After a frighteningly long period when every time I was asked "what do you write?" was met with a blank stare and sheer panic, the Festival of Writing has taught me one thing above all others...I write thrillers.
That wasn't so hard, was it?
I write psychological thrillers about ordinary people in extraordinary situations, and I take characters that I love and make them as miserable as I can, preferably in situations involving a great deal of physical and emotional risk. I make them suffer. For fun. That's how I roll. (Just what you were expecting from someone with a Disney tab on their blog, right?)
I am presently unpublished and keeping the dream alive. Below you will find a collection of my more coherent ramblings about the writing process.
